Skeena Fish Passage Culvert Inspection (FPCI) Surveys

In 2005, the Skeena Fisheries Commission was retained by the Pacific Salmon Commission to conduct a Fish Passage and Culvert Inspection (FPCI) on all non-bridged stream crossings distinguished with fish presence along Highway #16 between Terrace and Prince Rupert, and along Highway #37 between Terrace and Kitimat. A FPCI was also conducted on CN Rail nonbridged stream crossings with fish presence between these three communities. Skeena Fish Passage Surveys for the Upper, Mid and Lower Skeena, Kispiox, and Bulkley Rivers.
