The purpose of this Assessment Report is to: describe the Project; summarize the process for the review of the Application; report on the adequacy of the Proponent’s distribution of information during the Application Review; report on whether the Application has adequately identified and assessed the potential significant adverse environmental, economic, social, heritage and health effects of the Project, including potential effects on Indigenous interests; summarize the issues considered during the review of the Application; and report on whether practical means have been identified to prevent or reduce any potential adverse effects of the Project.
