Pacific Trail Pipelines Project: Volume 1 Report - Application for Environmental Assessment Certificate

This Application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the KSL Project has been prepared pursuant to Section 16(1) of the B.C. Environmental Assessment Act. The Application includes a description of the project, an outline of the Public and First Nations Consultation Program and an assessment of the potential environmental, social, economic, and land use effects that may result from the construction, operation and abandonment of the Project. In addition, plans for mitigation and monitoring are included that are designed to avoid or reduce the significance of the identified impacts.
