On August 17-19, 1983, steelhead fry populations at index sites in two Morice River tributaries, Owen and Lamprey Creeks, were sampled by Regional staff as part of the supervisory role of F.H.I.S. The purpose of this report is two-fold; firstly to report fry population levels, and secondly to instruct Regional staff in data interpretation in preparation for Regional take-over of the program.
