Biological Monitoring of the Upper Bulkley River 1993-94

The objective of the monitoring program is to assess possible impacts of the STP discharge on aquatic life in the upper Bulkley River, with particular reference to juvenile salmonids. Water quality assessment and biological monitoring of the Bulkley September 1990 through December 1992 have been reported previously. This report discusses biological monitoring of benthic algae (periphyton) and benthic invertebrates (benthos) conducted at one upstream and two downstream sites on the Bulkley August 22-23, 1994
