Skeena Steelhead & Salmon: A Report to Stakeholders

This report documents the status of the Skeena River steelhead and salmon populations, and chronicles the effort to make conservation the first priority in the management of the Skeena fisheries. The Wild Steelhead Campaign was instrumental in catalyzing the change in fisheries management that today has partly restored these great runs to their historic status. The Steelhead Society of British Columbia will continue to work towards this goal, promoting, the conservation, restoration and protection of wild salmon throughout the Province.
