Fairview Terminal Phase II Expansion Project Comprehensive Study Report

The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) and Canadian National Railway Company (CN) are proposing the construction and operation of a wharf extension and expanded container and intermodal facilities at the existing Fairview Terminal and the construction and operation of two sidings, a CN inspection road, a wye, and a port-dedicated road between the terminal on Kaien Island and Ridley Island, British Columbia.
