The Tyhee Lake Protection Society is a volunteer non-profit society based in Telkwa, BC.

Our vision is a naturally beautiful Tyhee Lake.

Our Mission Statement Principles are:

• improved water quality with a minimized influx of unnatural nutrients or toxins

• reduction of weeds and algae

• increasing floating reed mats which help filter the water

• a healthy shoreline habitat for animals and birds

• a healthy sustainable trout population
