This framework document is intended to meet the need of regional flexibility necessary to respond to the diversity of conditions, challenges and angler preferences found across the province in relation to Steelhead management. This management framework aims at maintaining the 'wild and sustainable' brand for BC steelhead fisheries that is fundamental to its continued value and appeal.
