Marine Environmental Effects Monitoring Program: Design and Evaluation for Pacific Coastal Pulp Mills

This report provides a review of the Environmental Effects Monitoring Program (EEMP) at ten BC coastal pulp mills and evaluates the ability of current and past EEMPs at these ten locations to generate data suitable for detecting long-term trends.
