Lake Kathlyn Management Plan

The objective of the Lake Kathlyn Management Plan is to benefit users by improving the quality of the natural environment of the lake and thereby improving quality of life. The requirements of the plan must include maintenance if land and water use as well a aquatic and terrestrial wildlife use.
