This collaborative and holistic Ecosystem Restoration Plan for the 2018 Shovel Lake Wildfire attempts to consider all values and address ecological integrity and resilience in the context of climate change and the development history of the region. It identifies management zones, suggests zone-specific treatment options with the potential to maintain or restore important values to watersheds and landscapes and proposes a pathway for implementation.
