Skeena Tyee Test Fishery Visualization

This dataset presents records from the Fisheries and Oceans Canada gill net test fishery at Tyee in the lower Skeena River. The Tyee Test Fishery has been operating since 1955 in order to evaluate the magnitude of Skeena River salmon and steelhead trout returns.

Resources include a link to the Skeena Tyee Test Fishery visualization and accompanying data. The visualization allows you to view daily index data for the current year in comparison with all previous years, decade averages, and statistics including the minimum, maximum, mean, and 10th and 90th percentiles for each day over the reporting period (1955-present) for each species.
