This study provides Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) with an assessment of the risks due to future operations of LNG and oil tankers in the Prince Rupert gateway, to compare these risks with similar existing gateways in North America, and to identify possible measures that might reduce the risks of future operations at PRPA.
