The recommendations in this report aim to contribute to reversing the declining trajectory of wild salmon in B.C., and to help stimulate community economies through a focus on (a) increasing wild salmon abundance, (b) protecting and enhancing the benefits that accrue to B.C.’s communities from the wild salmon resource, and (c) ensuring effective mechanisms for community engagement and government action.
